YUVIDYA EDUCATION PRIVATE LIMITED

Refund & Cancellation Policy

A 30-day refund window, clear cancellation rules, and a straightforward process for payment or service issues.

Effective date:

1. Scope of this policy

This Policy applies to internship and course fees paid to YUVIDYA EDUCATION PRIVATE LIMITED through Yuvidya. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions. More favorable refund terms expressly offered and accepted for your purchase also apply.

Payments made independently to a third party are handled under that party’s terms. This does not affect Yuvidya’s responsibility for services or charges we sell or collect ourselves.

2. Our 30-day refund window

You may cancel an enrollment and request a full refund within 30 calendar days of successful payment. The window starts from the payment confirmation timestamp and is assessed using Indian Standard Time (IST).

Starting lessons, receiving an acceptance letter, or opening the student dashboard does not, by itself, remove your eligibility within these 30 days. A refund covers the amount actually paid for the canceled enrollment, including applicable taxes. We do not deduct a cancellation or payment-gateway charge from an eligible full refund.

After the 30-day window, a change-of-mind cancellation does not ordinarily qualify for a refund. The separate provisions below for duplicate payments, non-delivery, cancellation by Yuvidya, service failures, and applicable consumer rights continue to apply.

3. How to request a refund

Email support@yuvidya.com with the subject “Refund request” and provide:

  • Your registered name and email address.
  • The program name and enrollment ID, if available.
  • The payment or order reference, payment date, and amount.
  • A brief reason for the request and relevant supporting details for a payment or service issue.

The time your request reaches us is used to assess the 30-day window. A request made within the window does not become late because our review finishes afterward. If information is missing, we ask you for it rather than treating the original request date as a new date.

Never send passwords, OTPs, UPI PINs, or full card details. We do not ask you to install remote-access software or make an additional payment to receive a refund.

4. Review and payment timelines

We acknowledge refund requests within 48 hours. We aim to communicate a decision within 7 business days after receiving the information needed for review. Any delay or additional information required is explained to you.

Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method within 7 business days of approval. Your bank or payment provider may then take approximately 5–10 additional business days to credit the amount. These crediting times depend on the payment method and provider; we share the refund reference so you can track it.

If the original payment method cannot receive the refund, support will arrange an alternative after verifying the payer and obtaining the necessary agreement. Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and applicable banking holidays.

5. Duplicate, failed, or unconfirmed payments

A verified duplicate charge for the same enrollment is refunded in full. If a payment was debited but no successful order or enrollment is recorded, contact us with the payment reference so we can reconcile it with the provider.

Failed payments that were not received by Yuvidya are normally reversed by the bank or payment provider under its process. Where Yuvidya received the amount without providing the corresponding enrollment, we arrange the appropriate activation with your agreement or return the payment. Do not pay again while an earlier transaction is being checked.

6. Cancellation or material changes by Yuvidya

If Yuvidya cancels a program before delivery begins, you may choose a full refund or an alternative program or batch. A transfer or credit is optional and is not imposed instead of an eligible refund.

If we cannot deliver a program after it has started, or a material change prevents us from providing the service agreed at purchase, we offer an appropriate refund for the undelivered service or another remedy you accept. A full refund is provided where required by law or the circumstances of the failure.

7. Technical and service issues

Report persistent access problems, missing paid resources, or other service failures promptly so we can investigate and put them right. Provide the affected program, a description of the issue, and relevant screenshots without exposing confidential information.

Ordinary 30-day eligibility does not depend on proving a technical fault. Outside that window, we assess non-delivery or a deficient service on its merits and apply the remedy required by the enrollment agreement and consumer law. Temporary maintenance or a problem limited to your device or internet connection does not automatically establish that Yuvidya failed to deliver the program.

8. Effect on access, letters, and certificates

Once an enrollment is canceled and its refund approved, access to that program and associated assessment services ends. An acceptance letter or completion certificate issued specifically for the refunded enrollment may be withdrawn, and its verification record is updated to show the current status.

A withdrawn certificate must not continue to be presented as a valid Yuvidya credential. A refund for one program does not cancel unrelated paid enrollments or remove certificates earned through them. Necessary transaction, complaint, and certificate-status records are retained as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Transfers and exceptional circumstances

If your circumstances change, you may ask about a batch change or program transfer. Availability, fee differences, and learning already completed are considered, and any proposed arrangement is confirmed before you accept it.

A transfer does not create a new 30-day refund window for the original payment. It also does not take away a refund right you already hold unless an agreed settlement lawfully resolves that specific request. We consider exceptional circumstances individually without limiting mandatory consumer remedies.

10. Refund concerns and policy updates

If a refund is overdue or you disagree with a decision, reply to your support correspondence or email support@yuvidya.com with “Refund Grievance” and your reference. We acknowledge grievances within 48 hours and work to resolve them within one month. You may seek remedies from the competent consumer or payment-dispute authority where available.

Policy changes apply prospectively. The version accepted for your purchase and any more favorable agreed terms remain applicable to that purchase. Nothing in this Policy restricts a right to a refund or remedy provided by applicable law.
