YUVIDYA EDUCATION PRIVATE LIMITED
Terms & Conditions
The terms governing your account, enrollment, learning access, payments, and participation in Yuvidya programs.
Effective date:
1. About these terms
Yuvidya is operated by YUVIDYA EDUCATION PRIVATE LIMITED (“Yuvidya”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms govern our website, student portal, internship and skill-development programs, learning materials, assessments, and certification services.
Read these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund & Cancellation Policy before registering or purchasing a program. By creating an account or confirming an enrollment, you agree to the terms presented to you. Program-specific details shown before payment form part of your enrollment agreement.
2. Eligibility and registration
You must meet the eligibility requirements of your selected program and be legally able to enter into a binding agreement. If you are under 18, your parent or legal guardian must authorize and supervise your participation and provide any required consent before your account or enrollment is processed. Contact support@yuvidya.com to arrange this.
Provide accurate identity, contact, and academic details, including your name, institution, course, and student identification where requested. Register only for yourself or for someone you are legally authorized to represent. Keep your information current and tell us promptly about corrections.
3. Account security
Your account is personal to you. Keep passwords and verification codes confidential, use your own contact details, and notify support@yuvidya.com if you suspect unauthorized access. You must not share paid access, impersonate another learner, or create accounts to evade restrictions.
We may verify information needed for enrollment, payments, academic records, or certificates. Account and enrollment checks must be completed before restricted learning content or documents are released.
4. Programs and enrollment
Each program identifies its curriculum, duration, delivery format, fees, access period, prerequisites, and completion requirements. Your enrollment is confirmed after payment verification and any stated eligibility checks. An acceptance or enrollment letter records your participation; it is not an employment offer.
Yuvidya programs provide educational training and project-based experience. Employment, a stipend, placement, professional licensing, or academic credit is included only where expressly stated in the program agreement. Your college or university decides whether a program meets its academic requirements and how credits are awarded.
5. Fees and payments
Fees are displayed in Indian rupees unless otherwise stated. The checkout identifies the payable amount, applicable taxes, and any optional charges before you pay. Any additional paid service requires your agreement; charges are not added retrospectively to an existing enrollment.
Payments are handled through the payment service identified at checkout. We record payment references and status for verification, receipts, and reconciliation. Do not make a second payment solely because a confirmation is delayed; contact support with your transaction reference first.
Discounts apply according to the offer displayed at purchase. Refunds are calculated from the amount actually paid, not the undiscounted price. Price changes affect future purchases, not confirmed enrollments.
6. Learning access and participation
Access is provided for the period stated for your program. You are responsible for a suitable device, internet connection, and meeting published deadlines. Lessons, resources, assignments, attendance, and evaluations may be delivered through the student portal or the third-party services identified for your program.
Use learning content for your own study. Do not resell, redistribute, publicly upload, or commercially exploit our lessons, recordings, resources, or platform. You may keep materials expressly provided for download for your personal educational use, subject to their stated license.
7. Assignments, projects, and intellectual property
You retain ownership of original work you submit, subject to any rights held by third parties. You grant Yuvidya a limited, non-exclusive permission to store, reproduce, and share that work with authorized mentors and reviewers for teaching, assessment, feedback, record-keeping, and resolving academic disputes.
Submit your own work, acknowledge sources, and follow the program’s rules on collaboration, external tools, and AI assistance. Do not submit confidential information or material you do not have permission to use. Publicly showcasing your identifiable work or testimonial requires separate permission.
8. Conduct and fair evaluation
Treat learners, mentors, and staff respectfully. Harassment, fraud, plagiarism, impersonation, malicious uploads, unauthorized scraping, and attempts to bypass access or payment controls are prohibited.
Attendance, assessment criteria, submission deadlines, and resubmission rules are communicated for your program. If you believe a result or record is incorrect, contact support with the relevant assignment or enrollment details. We review concerns using the applicable criteria and available records.
9. Certificates and verification
Certificates are issued after you meet the program’s stated learning, attendance, submission, and evaluation requirements. Paying a fee alone does not establish completion. Check your profile details before documents are issued, and request corrections through support.
A certificate may include a unique ID and QR verification link. The public record confirms limited certificate details as described in the Privacy Policy. It does not establish government endorsement, employment eligibility, or automatic acceptance by every institution.
We may correct, replace, or revoke a certificate where records are inaccurate, completion was obtained through fraud, or the associated enrollment is refunded. We provide the reason to the learner and an opportunity to seek review, except where urgent legal or security requirements prevent this. Public verification reflects the current status.
10. Cancellation and refunds
You may request a full refund within 30 calendar days of successful payment under our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Starting lessons does not, by itself, remove eligibility during that window.
Refunds end access to the refunded enrollment and may revoke documents issued for that enrollment. Duplicate payments, non-delivery, cancellation by Yuvidya, and other service issues are addressed separately in the Refund Policy. Your rights under applicable consumer law remain available.
11. Program changes and account restrictions
We may make reasonable updates to lessons, tools, or delivery arrangements while preserving the program’s essential learning objectives. We notify affected learners of material changes. If we cannot provide a paid service as agreed, we offer an appropriate remedy or refund under the Refund Policy and applicable law.
Access may be restricted to investigate security incidents, unresolved eligibility issues, or serious violations. Where practical, we explain the issue and allow a response before taking final action. Good-faith complaints or payment disputes do not automatically result in account termination. You may request account closure subject to necessary financial, certificate, and dispute records.
12. Responsibilities and consumer rights
We are responsible for providing the services described in your confirmed enrollment and responding to reported service issues. You are responsible for accurate information, your submissions, and following program requirements. Third-party services remain subject to their own terms for their separate services.
Nothing in these Terms removes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including remedies for defective or deficient services, misleading representations, fraud, or unlawful handling of personal information.
13. Questions, complaints, and governing law
Contact YUVIDYA EDUCATION PRIVATE LIMITED at support@yuvidya.com. Use “Grievance” in the subject line for a formal complaint and include your registered email, enrollment or transaction reference, and a brief explanation. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and work to resolve them within one month of receipt.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. You may pursue available remedies before the courts, consumer commissions, or other authorities having jurisdiction under applicable law. Contacting support does not prevent you from exercising those rights.
14. Changes to these terms
We publish updated Terms with a revised effective date and notify users of material changes where required. Updates do not retrospectively reduce the services or refund rights agreed for an existing purchase. Where a change requires fresh consent, we request it before applying that change to you.
